HTML code. You find the link for the image you want, & paste it into the code. the code is [ img ] [/ img ], minus the spaces.

Yeah pretty much.
Only thing wrong there is that it's BBC code and not HTML. HTML would be <img=" url here "> .

But yeah, edit signature, but your image in [img] tags.
