I got it, and when i click on the icon it shows the loading symbol and nothing happens afterwards.

Yeah i installed it when i click on the shortcut it say "Launching Counter Strike Source" in a window, then it disapears and nothing happens

Use Google and Steam forums. I'm sure someone else has had the same problem. They can most likely give you a lot more help than us as well.
