Wrath. The new Lamb of God album. I just made first listen through, and... Well. It's good. It's very good. It starts off with an amazing instrumental track, "The Passing", and it maintains this level throughout the whole thing. On the to the last track, there are some truly exceptional ones, like "Contractor" with simply mind-blowing breakdown, "Broken Hands" with an excellent chorus, and "Reclamation", which I guess one could describe as "progressive". (And very, very fucking epic). Randy Blythe is just crazy with all the different pitches of vocals he's doing, (even something that resembles... singing?). The guitars are very melodic, complex, and fortunately don't sound like a bunch of random notes. At least most of the time they don't. There are maybe 2 songs on this album that I didn't care too much about, because they were too chaotic. I'm not a fan of noise.
To sum up, "Wrath" is definitely worth the ten bucks I paid for it. It's not the best, but it's still a very solid CD.
I know that most people aren't gonna give a shit, but oh well. It's the music forum, so let's talk about music.

Also, I wasn't even aware LoG came out with a new CD. When was this? Lol.

I've seen the Heavy Metal cartoon, and I don't understand the hype. I don't understand why it has it's cult status either. It was pretty bad.

That might be the case. How can we have cartoons in Poland, if we don't have television? Pickles are a peak of our technology. We still need to buy glass jars from neighboring countries.
But seriously, the Heavy Metal cartoon was pretty damn boring.
Johnny Bravo, now that's a fucking quality cartoon.

Back on rails in 3..2..1.
Do you think you could link the best song from the album, in your opinion, here?
