Uhm...I have two odd and rediculious questions. Also a normal one. xD
1. Does anyone have Tales of the Cthulhu Mythos or any other H.P. Lovecraft books?
2. Meh...If you do...do you think I could borrow them? nos are expected
3. If borrowing is unacceptable, then do you know where I may obtain them for pretty cheap?
Thanks for anyone who gives me some helpful feedback.

Silly Tim. War of the Worlds is CS Lewis.
I'm glad you've gotten into The Cthulhu Mythos, too. Honestly, if you just keep looking in bookstores you'll find some collections of Lovecraft short stories. I have "Call of Cthulhu and other Weird Stories" and I recommend it.
I won't let you borrow mine cuz it's too awesome.

I've read War of the Worlds, but thanks.
I checked Amazon...it's about 10 dollars, but I plan on obtaining and/or reading all of them. Regardless, I don't have money at the moment for buying for myself at the moment. *sigh* I have to save for Sam's birthday...

Please, please, stay on topic.
Strat, I think you may be my only hope...you are the only one here who knows what I'm talking about. Do you happen to have one of the books?
Also, Reanimator is gay. Call of Cthuhlu game was just based on the books and wasn't directly influenced by him.

I don't have an original printed book by him, but I have two short story collections of only Lovecraft stories. They are:
Call of Cthulhu and Other Weird Stories
and
The Dreams in the Witch House and Other Weird Stories
If you run across either of the two, I'd get them.

It was more directed to Joe and G3, plus Strat has talked about the Cthuhlu Mythos before.

Lovecraft & Homosexuality
...related?
YOU DECI-
yes.
Nuclear power at a glance: -nuclear power gives France the cleanest air of any industrialized country, and the cheapest electricity in all of Europe -In countries with nuclear power, radioactive wastes comprise less than 1% of total industrial toxic wastes -nuclear power produces far less waste material than fossil-fuel based power plants -Contrary to popular belief, coal power actually results in more radioactive waste being released into the environment than nuclear power -The population effective dose equivalent from radiation from coal plants is 100 times as much as nuclear plants -Reprocessing can potentially recover up to 95% of the remaining uranium and plutonium in spent nuclear fuel -The world's present measured resources of uranium are enough to last for centuries at current consumption rates.
Until we can achieve truly efficient solar cells, Nuclear power will be the best energy source for the modern world, its clean, efficient, plentiful, and affordable.

Well, I guess I can see why people talk about it like that. He's a sci fi-horror writer from the 20's.
Alot of his creatures were "otherworldly, Non-euclidean" horrors that could asplode your brain by just looking at them.
"Ergo: Extradimensional Horrors ≈ Tentacle Hentai"
So is the way of the internet. =[
